What's your refund / exchange policy?

 General:

  1. Return and Exchange Conditions: Returned or exchanged items must be in perfect condition, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item does not meet these conditions.
  2. Refunds: Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
  3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team, at info@ersafibers.com, immediately, providing a description and supporting evidence (such as photos). We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: We offer returns for store credit on items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, at info@ersafibers.com, within the specified time frame and provide your order details. Our team will guide you through the return process.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  4. Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit for the original purchase price, excluding any shipping charges. The store credit will be provided in the form of a unique code that can be applied towards future purchases on our website.

Exchanges:

  1. Eligibility: We offer size exchanges on items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in perfect condition, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Can I cancel my order?

No we do not accept cancellations for any reason.

What is a pit-to-pit measurement?

In order to get an idea of what size would be the best fit, we recommend grabbing your favorite garment, laying it flat, and measuring from the edge of one arm pit across the chest to the edge of the other arm pit. Do you offer custom pieces?

We offer custom sleeve lengths, crop top lengths, and dress lengths at no additional costs.

Other customizations are done on a case by case basis depending on how feasable the request is.

How much is International Shipping?

For international shipments we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Yes! Please contact our customer service at Info@ersafibers.com with your order number and whatever changes you need to make.
